The practice does not operate emergency or on-call services. For any life-threatening emergency (acute chest pain, accident, fainting), immediately dial 1515 (SOS Médecins Dakar) or go to the nearest ER: Hôpital Principal de Dakar, Hôpital Dalal Jamm, Clinique du Cap.
Before your first visit
An ID, your insurance / IPM card, and any relevant medical document (recent test results, current prescriptions, health record book).
Usually within 48 hours for general medicine. For a specialty consultation (cardio, dermato, etc.), expect a few days depending on the specialist's availability.
Let us know at least 4 hours in advance by phone or WhatsApp. It allows us to offer the slot to another patient.
Payment at the end of the consultation. Cash, Wave, Orange Money and bank transfer accepted. If you're insured, third-party payment may apply depending on your IPM.
